Drawing inspiration from the practical world of aviation and the futuristic vision of 1920s-1940s science fiction films, Spacecraft is a hybrid frame that celebrates the past, present and future of flight and exploration. As a frame, Spacecraft is built around three fundamental concepts: hybridization, engineering, and heritage. As mankind’s journey in aviation began to evolve from kites, to hydrogen balloons, to the airplanes we know today, so did his imagination. Towards the close of the 20th century, advancements in motor technology and aerodynamics made controlled, powered flight possible for the first time. The world awoke to the new possibility of an experience never before seen by the masses. “Airships,” the first large-scale hot air balloons, became the standard for long-distance flights, revolutionizing man’s perspective of the world. At the same time, these technological advances stimulated the imagination of creators and filmmakers who were already dreaming of worlds beyond our knowledge. Science fiction films came to life on screen, offering a new kind of liberation from our current world and its constraints. Spacecraft combines the subtle form of a small aviator with a highly engineered round shape, commonly found in eyewear from the 1920s, 30s, and 40s.

How to Clean Glasses
To keep your glasses in perfect condition, clean the lenses daily with a microfiber cloth and a specific spray. Avoid using paper, tissues, or clothing, as they can scratch the surfaces. Do not use aggressive detergents, alcohol, or excessively hot water, as these could damage the lens treatments. When not wearing them, always store them in a hard case to protect them from bumps, dust, and scratches. Additionally, place them with the lenses facing upwards and avoid leaving them in very hot environments, such as inside a car in the sun.
