You can return an item within 14 days from the delivery date, quickly and easily.
📦 How returns work
1. Check the requirements
Make sure that:
- The product was purchased on ItalyForYou.com
- No more than 14 days have passed since delivery
2. Initiate the return request
We have simplified everything thanks to our Self Service return system.

3. Select the items
Choose the products you wish to return and state the reason for the return.
This helps us continuously improve our service.
4. Prepare the package
- Use the original packaging, if possible
- The product must be as new, unused and without signs of wear
- All accessories must be included
5. Print the label
At the end of the procedure, you will receive a return label within 48 working hours.
Print it and apply it to the package.
🚚 Return Methods
You can choose between two options: a prepaid label (which we will generate) or independent shipping.
You can request collection by courier, directly to your home or at a drop-off point. In this case, we will provide you with the return label. The cost varies based on the area and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Refund or exchange
Once the product has been received and verified:
- You will receive a full refund
or - You can get a product exchange (agreed upon with an operator), subject to availability
⚠️ Return Conditions
- The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be:
- Intact
- Unused
- Complete with all its parts (including the original packaging)
- Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products (e.g., prescription glasses, personalized items, or "Pre-Order")
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a product without its original packaging?
No, the original packaging is required along with all accessories (certificates, microfiber, warranty, etc.).
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive the refund via the same payment method used when placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email.
Can I request an exchange?
Yes, you can choose between:
- Refund
- Product exchange (subject to availability, to be agreed upon with one of our operators)
