For customers located outside of these countries, please note that the prices listed on our website do not include any applicable duties or taxes. These fees may be imposed by your local government and are your responsibility to pay.
To help offset some of these additional costs, we try to at least partially cover our customers’ potential duties by discounting the prices on our website by 18%. This discount is based on the average worldwide duty tax and is our way of demonstrating our commitment to providing value to our customers.
The amount of these fees may vary depending on the country of import, the type of product, and the declared value of the shipment.
Please be aware that failing to pay these fees may result in your order being delayed or returned to us, and we will not be responsible for any additional costs or losses resulting from such actions. However, the courier who is responsible for the delivery of your order will pay the duties in advance on your behalf, which you will need to pay to them upon delivery of your order. If you refuse to pay the duties or do not accept your order, it will be sent back to us. In this case, we will be forced to pay your duties both for import to your country and return to our country. After your order returns to us and we verify its integrity, we will issue a refund for your order, deducting the duties that we were forced to pay.
